Transition Projects Lead

Supporting business development and the generation of new leads and opportunities for the team with existing and new accounts and business partners. Ensuring all value is captured and reported to the local and global value committees (labour arbitrage, productivity, and knowledge arbitrage) A minimum of 3-5 years' relevant project/program management experience, ideally at a Shared Services / BPO or advisory firm. Demonstrated experience in leading projects in an advisory and consultative capacity. Ability to apply thought leadership in providing business solutions to customers. Relevant university degree in IT, Business Management, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent. Proven experience in setting up large, complex virtual project teams in a global setting. Self-starter who can operate under minimal supervision. Ability to operate in a blue-sky thinking environment and dream ‘big' Experience in process transformation/improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, digitalisation, automation) Commercial savviness, supporting the development of existing and new business partner accounts
