- Assigns Projects to the respective project managers based on the region or capacity.
- Follow up on the project’s execution with the Project Managers.
- Conducts monthly meetings for priority setting & coordination for the project management team.
- Conducts meetings with the company board, finance, and procurement departments to discuss and coordinate actions related to cash flow.
- Review in detail projects’ BOQs and cost sheets if needed.
- Conducts site visits prior to & during the project life cycle.
- Responsible for cost adjustment control and its approvals.
- Responsible for project manager including his team appraisal.
- Conducts recruitment technical interviews.
- Participate in the project initiation phase and the handing over from the proposal department.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction during all project phases.
- Reviews all project deliverables and milestones before client approval.
- Coordinates between different department managers along the project phases to ensure smooth project flow.
- Attends meetings with external parties (clients, consultants, government, end users).
- Signs all subcontractors’ entities’ contracts.
- Report to top management.
- Approve lesson learned to report at the end of the project.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering 2 to 7 years of experience in project engineering, preferably within water or wastewater treatment sectors.Proven track record of managing engineering projects from design through execution.Strong understanding of water treatment processes, equipment, and industry standards.Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder engagement.Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations as required.Commitment to upholding safety and quality standards in all project activities.
