Job Purpose


To ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations and oversee all facility-related activities for both factory and corporate employees. The role supports employee welfare, optimizes service contracts, and safeguards the company’s physical assets and workplace standards.

 

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Facility Management
  • Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of office and factory premises.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs for equipment, lighting, HVAC, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with local HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards in coordination with HR/HSE
     
  • Logistics & Transportation
  • Organize and schedule company transportation for factory workers and visitors.
  • Maintain vehicle logs and coordinate maintenance and insurance for company vehicles.
  • Liaise with transport providers and track punctuality, safety, and cost.
     
  • Administrative Support
  • Maintain office supplies, uniforms, ID cards, and other consumables.
  • Coordinate company housing or accommodation if applicable.
  • Manage meeting room bookings, office equipment allocation, and internal signage.
  • Assist HR in coordinating employee events (town halls, recognition, etc.).
  • Support new hire setup (workstation, locker, access card

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.3–5 years of experience in administrative or facility coordination, preferably in a factory environment.Strong organizational skills and vendor management experience.Excellent communication skillsProficiency in MS officeCandidate must be residing in east cairo ( Heliopolis, Nasr City, Madinaty, Badr city, etc..)
