Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Planning & Control Manager with strong expertise in project planning, monitoring, and execution within the engineering and construction sector. The role involves developing project schedules, monitoring costs, reviewing contracts, assessing risks, and preparing periodic technical and financial reports to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Track and control project costs in alignment with approved budgets.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Review project contracts, BOQs, and technical documentation.
- Prepare regular progress and technical reports for management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
- Support project execution through planning, follow-up, and performance tracking.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil EngineeringProficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project).Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Solid background in project planning, monitoring, and reporting.Ability to coordinate with different stakeholders and ensure effective project implementation.Proven experience in project planning, monitoring, and execution within the engineering and construction sector.
