1) Marketing Specialist  

Develop monthly & quarterly marketing plans aligned with brand goals.

Manage social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).

Handle community engagement (comments, messages, inquiries).

Manage influencer collaborations & paid campaigns.

Track performance & prepare monthly reports.

Ensure brand consistency & confidentiality.

2) Customer Service Representative

Handle customer inquiries (phone, WhatsApp, social media).

Record & process customer orders.

Follow up on deliveries & resolve issues.

Provide professional and friendly support.

Manage complaints & returns according to company policy.


1) Marketing Specialist  Previous experience in marketing (preferably beauty, fashion, luxury).Strong knowledge of digital marketing & social media tools.Excellent communication skills & creativity.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail & analytical mindset.2) Customer Service RepresentativeResiding in/near Tagamoa.Previous customer service experience (preferred).Strong Arabic & English communication skills.Proficiency in computer & WhatsApp Business tools.Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
