1-Manages the budget process and support the management in the composition of the annual budget.
2- Manages each country and distributor like a business unit.
3-Assigns new distributors and/or selling new categories to the distributors to increase the products penetration in part of ME region starting from the strategic countries.
4-Monitoring the loading plan of our company's International daily and providing the necessary data to be in details and to bring suggestions and take actions to maximize the shipments.
5-Ensures of collecting the stock and sales reports from the distributors monthly in order to make a consolidated data which can be used as a library for the future to monitor the trends of the market.
6-Apply commercial and information management techniques (e.g., Inventory management, ordering process, accounts receivable, etc.) to follow through and analyze results and take corrective action to maintain expected business results.
7-Uses the latest information systems and business analytical tools (e.g. Stock and Sales Reports, value chain file’s, pricing file’s, etc.) to examine key indicators such as Current coverage vs. ideal coverage, or competitive activity, to support decision-making.
8-Develops the AR status to decrease the working capital and ensuring the right T&C which would not cause any financial risk to the company within the company roles and procedures.
9-Monitors the market trends in order to develop new products which would bring incremental business to the company and share the ideas with department marketing.
10-Explors & defines indirect trade customer needs, relating them with shopper behaviors, and aligning the go-to-market strategy accordingly.
11-Develops a business plan for each distributor that will address both consumer and trade needs.
12-Influences the distributor to grow sales and improve service by utilizing new techniques, tools and information systems (e.g., new Vans, incremental sales force, exclusive sales force, etc.).
13-Establishes a win/win philosophy for managing the distributors relationship, focused on profitable growth.
14-Develops specific plans and activities (e.g., Incentive plans, Qtr’ly , annual targets, etc.) to increase penetration and to leverage our core SKUs by each country.
15-Monitors 4 P execution (Product Assortment, Placement, Pricing, Promotion, ) and ensuring all sales fundamentals are optimized.
16-Provides regular communication and analysis of results to Foreign Sales Commercial Manager.
17-Penetrates the distributor’s organization and implementing a strategy through networking.
18-Works cross-functionally within our company and the distributor’s organization to provide overall direction on every aspect of the distributor’s organization, and building a sense of teamwork in all areas.
19-Advising and consulting to the distributor on effective organizational practices such as sales compensation and incentive programs and the training and development of people for future positions.
