We’re Hiring: Pet Food Telesales Specialist
Location: Cairo – New Maadi (5 days Office-based + 1 day remotely).
Office working Hours: Sunday to Thursday – 10 AM to 6 PM
Remote working Hours: Saturday – 10 AM to 6 PM
Salary: Competitive fixed salary + attractive commission
About Us:
We are a growing company in the pet food industry in Egypt, offering premium-quality products to pet shops and veterinary clinics. As part of our development, we’re looking for a driven and passionate Telesales Specialist to join our sales team who will be also responsible for the sales routing too.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients (pet shops & vet clinics).
- Introduce and promote our range of pet food products.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction.
- Follow up on orders, track performance, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain an updated client database, routing and report progress.
Qualifications:2–5 years of experience in telesales or direct sales (preferably in FMCG, pet industry, or pharmacy).Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Customer-focused, persuasive, and target-driven.Computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, ODOO CRM tools).Passion for animals or prior exposure to pet/veterinary products is a plus.What We Offer:Fixed salary based on experienceGenerous commission with no capTraining on products and marketPositive, friendly work environment
