Ticketing On-Site Support

  • Resolve technical issues for devices and systems at archaeological sites 
  • Monitor data quality and ticket movement, and ensure accuracy 
  • Prepare simple reports on faults, observations, and quality 
  • Coordinate with central support teams and vendors to solve problems 
  • Ensure application of quality and safety standards at sites

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant degree. Experience - Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience
