- Perform periodic maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning systems to ensure their efficient operation and prevent any sudden breakdowns.
- Train and supervise technicians and users on how to operate and maintain refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
- Conduct air conditioning system inspections.
- Identify tools and equipment and diagnose faults.
- Direct and Supervise: Oversees the system maintenance process and directs technical teams to ensure proper implementation according to specifications.
- Prepares periodic reports on the condition of air conditioners and maintenance completed, and submits them to the relevant authorities.
- Implements periodic and preventive maintenance schedules aimed at maintaining efficiency.
- Teamwork and provides technical support during special events or peak occupancy periods.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.At least 3-5 years of experience in HVAC system maintenance, particularly in hotels or premium tourist restaurants is a Must. Previous experience with all types of air handling units is a Must.Knowledge of refrigeration cycles, chillers, and split air conditioning systems is a Must.Certification in handling refrigerants (F-Gas, EPA, or equivalent) is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
