- Administer and coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Coordinate benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee communications.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
- Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and support talent acquisition efforts.
- Organize and deliver employee training and development initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.4-8 years of progressive experience in human resources roles.Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.Proven experience with HRIS and other HR management systems.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.Strong organizational and time management skills.Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office environment.
