We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Accountant to oversee all accounting operations, manage financial reporting, and lead our finance team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in budget preparation, ERP systems, and team management.
Oversee and manage the accounting department’s daily operationsPrepare, review, and finalize annual budgets and financial statementsEnsure compliance with local tax laws and accounting standardsManage accounts receivable, accounts payable, journal entries, and general ledgerGenerate detailed financial and analytical reports for senior managementLead, supervise, and develop the finance teamMaintain and optimize the company’s ERP accounting systemJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA is a plus)8–15 years of relevant experience, preferably in a senior accounting roleStrong knowledge of all accounting functions and practicesMandatory experience in ERP systemsProven leadership and team management skillsProficiency in MS Excel and accounting softwareStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsWorking Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Day Off: Friday
