Sales Engineer

 

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned sectors, leveraging technical knowledge to propose tailored solutions.
  • Present, promote, and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers by understanding their technical requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to address customer needs and ensure optimal solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance and product education to customers.
  • Conduct site visits and product demonstrations to showcase technical capabilities and value propositions.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

 


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering .Experience: 1–3 years in a sales engineering,(preferably in a similar industry).Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong presentation and negotiation skills.Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in preparing financial business cases.Good English (written and spoken).Other:Ability to travel when required.High level of professionalism and customer focus.Must own a car
