- Supervise daily warehouse operations (in Marsa Alam & Hurghada) to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity and safety targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and security procedures in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and clinical teams to ensure timely delivery of essential materials.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities using warehouse management systems.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Resolve operational issues and address staff concerns to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and compliance metrics to management.
Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar logistics role.Proven experience managing warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of inventory management principles and warehouse operations.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members.Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to implement and uphold safety and compliance standards.Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges.Flexibility to work full-time, under urgent or shifting priorities as needed.
