Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Literacy, or a related field.Proven experience in teaching, literacy coaching, or reading intervention.Demonstrated expertise in literacy instruction and assessment.Strong understanding of reading development and intervention strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, teachers, and families.Ability to analyze student data and use it to inform instruction.Experience delivering professional development or coaching to educators.Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.Willingness to work on-site and collaborate with school staff.
