- Implement a preventive maintenance plan and make any necessary amendments, ensuring proper communication with relevant stakeholders to optimize equipment reliability and ensure the availability of required spare parts within scope.
- Participate in the selection of new machines, lines, and equipment for the plant’s production lines, and support cost-saving initiatives.
- Develop service level agreements with internal customers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services, prepare the annual maintenance budget for approval, and monitor expenditures against the set budget.
- Monitor equipment performance, create corrective action plans to address deviations from agreed standards, and establish proper control procedures.
- Understand and adhere to Quality & Food Safety policies, as well as key health, safety, environmental, and sustainability goals in our facilities, and actively encourage all employees to comply with them.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.Years of Experience: 2 to 6 years.Technical Skills:Proficiency in repairing and maintaining mechanical systems and machinery.Good knowledge of pneumatic control systems.Strong experience in packaging machines maintenance.Ability to develop and implement master maintenance plans and schedules.Capability to manage and supervise mechanical maintenance technicians.
