- Market Research & Location Scouting
- Conduct field visits and desktop research to identify high-potential areas for store expansion.
- Analyze demographic data, customer behavior, footfall, and retail competition in target zones.
- Maintain an updated map/database of potential expansion zones.
- Site Evaluation & Feasibility
- Evaluate shortlisted sites based on accessibility, visibility, space suitability, and legal status.
- Coordinate with Real Estate, Legal, and Finance teams to run feasibility.
- Prepare initial site assessments and present recommendations to decision-makers.
- External & Internal Coordination
- Liaise with landlords, brokers, developers, and government entities to gather offers and legal documents.
- Coordinate site visits and preliminary negotiations under the guidance of the Business Development Manager.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain organized records of site offers, evaluations, and decisions.
- Develop periodic reports on location scouting progress, market trends, and competitor movement.
- Support documentation needed for internal committees or executive approvals.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.2–3 years of experience in business development, location scouting, or real estate.Strong analytical and negotiation skills.Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Willing to travel across governorates.
