Sales Account Manager

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Understand client business needs, objectives, and challenges to provide effective solutions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, technical support) to ensure client needs are met.
  • Monitor account performance, sales metrics, and market trends.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely, professional manner.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.

 3-7 years of proven experience in sales account management or a similar role.Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and account management best practices.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions.Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.Experience and qualified sales representatives with previous experience in retail preferably luxury
