- Promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to present product information and provide samples.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and market share objectives within the designated area.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit timely reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies.
1-4 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a related field.Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related discipline.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals.Strong negotiation and presentation skills.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a home-based environment.Good organizational and time management abilities.Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
