Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.1-2 years of relevant experience in cost control or project engineering within the construction industry.Familiarity with cost control principles, budgeting, and financial reporting.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cost management software.Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.Ability to work remotely and manage tasks efficiently in a home-based setting.
