- Develop high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings for interior design projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and design concepts.
- Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers to interpret design briefs and translate them into compelling visual presentations.
- Create detailed mood boards, material boards, and color schemes to support design proposals and client presentations.
- Produce accurate floor plans, elevations, and 3D models using industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.
- Participate in client meetings to present visualizations and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design and 3D visualization.
- Ensure all visualizations adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards set by the company.
- Coordinate with the custom furniture and fit-out teams to ensure design feasibility and accurate representation in visual outputs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations for internal and external stakeholders, showcasing design concepts and project progress.
- Support the documentation and archiving of design assets, renderings, and project files for future reference.
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.2 to 6 years of proven experience in interior design with a strong focus on 3D visualization.Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max,Corona V-Ray, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, lighting, and materials.Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality 3D visualizations for interior projects.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across disciplines.Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and spatial arrangements.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Experience working in an office-based environment.Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in interior design and visualization.
