The IT Business Partner/Manager acts as a strategic liaison between the IT department and various business units to ensure that technology solutions effectively support business goals and operational needs. The role is pivotal in driving digital transformation, enhancing business processes, and aligning IT initiatives with overall corporate strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives. • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement through technology solutions.
- Lead or contribute to the implementation of ERP systems, particularly SAP ERP, to streamline operations.
- Manage IT-related projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and technical teams to ensure system readiness, integration, and performance.
- Utilize analytics tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to generate dashboards and insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Deliver compelling presentations to senior management and business leaders, effectively communicating technical solutions and project progress.
- Identify and recommend innovative IT solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.+10 years of relevant experience.Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or ERP certification is a plus.Technical Skills: Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business operations with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.ERP & SAP Expertise: Hands-on experience with ERP systems, especially SAP ERP Cloud or SAP E-Business Suite.SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud): Proficiency in using SAC for building dashboards, reporting, and supporting business intelligence needs.Project Management: Proven experience in managing IT projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.Presentation Skills: Strong ability to create and deliver clear, concise, and impactful presentations to various audiences.Infrastructure Knowledge: Solid understanding of IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cybersecurity, and systems integration.
