- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (attendance, contracts, leaves, etc.).
- Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Track employee attendance, leaves, and absences, and prepare monthly reports for payroll.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documents are completed.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures in line with company standards.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law requirements.
- Organize and maintain HR filing systems (digital & physical).
- Support HR projects, events, and employee engagement initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5 – 10 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.Knowledge of Egyptian/Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Very Good English Language and communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
