The HR Compliance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that Estithmar’s HR policies, procedures, and performance standards are aligned with the organisations' policies and procedures, local labor laws and applicable employment regulations across all it's operating countries and regions. This role focuses on policy compliance, KPI tracking, and supporting senior management in maintaining a high-performance, legally compliant HR function across multi-country operations.
- Analyze, review, and report on HR processes and procedures to ensure compliance with internal policies, KPI targets, and applicable labor regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Monitor and evaluate adherence to company HR policies and procedures, recommending updates or improvements as required.
- Identify areas of non-compliance and propose corrective and preventive actions to relevant HR stakeholders.
- Investigate and resolve reports of HR-related compliance issues, irregularities, or policy violations.
- Maintain compliance tracking tools to ensure a clear audit trail for internal and external audits.
- Monitor and report on HR performance KPIs, issuing monthly HR compliance report to top management.
- Collaborate with HR leaders to integrate compliance considerations into strategic action plans and operations.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, …. (Master’s degree or HR certification is desirable).Minimum of 8 years’ HR experience with a strong focus on compliance, policies, and performance management. Proven experience in different HR metrics, compliance report development, process improvement, and KPI reporting for HR functions.Strong analytical and auditing skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; specifically Excel sheets, macros, charts and PPT.Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.High ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
