  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of employment, labor, and corporate law matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Represent the company and its clients in legal proceedings, mediations, and negotiations as required.
  • Monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulatory environments, advising stakeholders on potential impacts and compliance strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement policies and procedures that mitigate legal risks.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare comprehensive reports, opinions, and recommendations.
  • Support the recruitment and HR teams in handling employee relations, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolution.
  • Ensure the company’s operations and workforce management services adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as needed.
  • Deliver training and awareness sessions to staff on legal compliance and best practices.

Minimum of 7 years of experience practicing law, with a strong focus on employment, labor, or corporate law.Very Good English Language.Prefered Saudi Laws (Experience or Knowldge). Proven track record of providing legal counsel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Extensive experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal documents and contracts.Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply relevant laws and regulations to business operations.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to explain complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
