Sr. HR Generalist

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. HR Generalist  with 5  to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills and a solid background in Recruitment process, Payroll & attendance administration, Personnel and medical file management.

  • Handle the full recruitment cycle by preparing and updating job descriptions, posting ads, HR interviewing & evaluation of selected candidates, and managing the hiring process.
  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
  • Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor law and company policies.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of employee personal files in compliance with the Egyptian labor laws and company policies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns related to time management, company policies and procedures, HR documentation, statements, etc.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and systems to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and coordinate with the finance department.
  • Maintain and update employees’ medical files and coordinate with medical insurance providers.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records , HR documentation, and database
  • Support general HR functions and employee engagement activities as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5:8 years of proven experience in HR, preferably in a similar roleAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Strong knowledge of labor law and payroll processes.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
