- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of telesales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor daily call activities, conversion rates, and KPIs, providing regular feedback and performance reviews.
- Support team members in handling challenging leads or closing high-value sales opportunities.
- Implement sales scripts, training materials, and best practices to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with other departments (marketing, customer service, training) to ensure smooth lead handover and customer experience.
- Analyze team performance data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of telesales staff.
- Maintain a positive and motivating work environment that encourages collaboration and success.
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in telesales or inside sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability.Proficiency in CRM systems and basic data analysis.Conversational to fluent English for effective internal communication.
