IT Specialist / IT Help Desk

A leading company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and installation of luxury furniture is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to manage and support the company’s technological infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain internal networks (LAN/Wi-Fi) to ensure stable connectivity and uninterrupted service.
  • Maintain computers, printers, and peripheral devices, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Install and configure Windows operating systems and required software.
  • Manage email systems (Outlook / Microsoft 365) and resolve related issues.
  • Monitor and manage servers, Windows Server, and Active Directory, including permissions management.
  • Manage advanced networking (Switches, Routers, VPN) and branch connectivity.
  • Provide support for design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit) and systems, ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Project.
  • Administer databases (SQL Server, MySQL), backup, and data recovery.
  • Work with cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Establish information security policies and disaster recovery plans.
  • Provide daily technical support to employees and resolve IT issues.

 


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.Professional certifications (CCNA, MCSA, MCSE, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.2 to 3 years of proven experience in IT support.Strong problem-solving and effective communication skills.
