Hotel Manager

 

  • Lead daily hotel operations (front desk, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance)
  • Ensure a high standard of guest satisfaction and personalized service
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff across departments
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and drive profitability
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
  • Maintain hotel quality standards (cleanliness, safety, ambiance)
  • Collaborate with reservations and marketing team to boost occupancy
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
  • Prepare performance and financial reports for ownership


 


 


 Proven experience in hotel management or a similar leadership roleStrong team leadership and communication skillsExcellent customer service orientationProficient with hotel management systems/softwareFluent in English; Arabic is a plusDegree in Hospitality or related field preferred
