- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of OD strategies, processes, and tools.
- Support organizational assessments and identify development needs through data analysis and diagnostics.
- Facilitate initiatives focused on change management, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to implement performance management systems and KPIs.
- Lead or support employee engagement initiatives and surveys, and drive follow-up action plans.
- Develop and facilitate training programs that align with business goals and individual growth.
- Monitor, measure, and report on OD initiatives and their impact on business performance.
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices in OD and recommend improvements accordingly.
- Partner with Learning & Development to ensure alignment between OD initiatives and training programs.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.2–4 years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or related HR functions.Experience in designing and implementing OD or HR initiatives is required.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and facilitation skills.Strong project management and organizational skills.High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).Familiarity with HRIS systems and survey tools.
