Personnel Specialist

  • Handling all related tasks to Social Insurance and labor offices.
  • Updating the employees' database for the whole company.
  • Handling the employee records.
  • Handling the filling system.
  • Handle the employee's inquiries regarding labor law and the company's policy.
  • Attendance management keeps records for the weekly attendance & calculates the absence hours, punishment days, sick leaves, and overtime hours.
  • Employee relations deals with employees' complaints and inquiries.
  • Updating the payroll sheet with the previous data by adding the starters and removing the leavers and quit employees.
  • Updating the vacation balance for the employees.
  • Collecting the documents related to the holiday balance (annual and casual vacation forms, sick leave forms) and keeping a record of all the related documents.

Manufacturing industry experience is a must.Bachelor's degree holder.HR certificate/Diploma is a plus.Minimum of 3 - 5 years in HR field.Strong conflict management skills.Be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels.
