• Manage and develop all Commercial functions including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience
• Develop the existing areas and study new opportunities and manage the SWOT analysis.
• Establish internal processes and procedures for various activities across the project development and O&M cycle, and constant monitoring / review of the same.

 

• Develop and implement strategic frameworks to maximize ROI, optimize IRR, and maintain budget discipline. 
• Guide feasibility, concept approvals, and master plan execution to ensure alignment with business and market goals. 

 

 

 Qualifications: 

o Must be Holding bachelor’s degree in engineering 

o Must be holding a master’s degree (or equivalent) in investment, finance and/or economics 

o 10 years+ Minimum experience working in real estate development companies. 

o Experience with all aspects of the real estate development process, from acquisition and sale through design and construction to stabilization 

o Knowledge of land use, and real estate development regulations 

o Comfortable with public speaking and community presentations 

o Applicant must have skills and experience in negotiating acquisitions and financing commitments.
