- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various healthcare and administrative roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of organizational development (OD) initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance.
- Maintain and update job descriptions, organizational charts, and competency frameworks in alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct orientation sessions and facilitate onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs aimed at skill enhancement and leadership development.
- Monitor and analyze key HR metrics related to recruitment, retention, and employee development, providing actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices throughout all recruitment and OD activities.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote AMC as an employer of choice.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and support special projects as assigned by management.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.1-2 years of proven experience in recruitment, talent management, or organizational development.Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment processes and modern sourcing techniques.Strong understanding of organizational development principles and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR information systems.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.Willingness to work on-site in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
