Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning:
- Develop and implement brand strategies that align with business goals.
- Define and evolve the brand voice, identity, and value proposition in line with skincare and beauty trends.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and positioning strategies.
Product Marketing & Go-to-Market:
- Lead the planning and execution of new product launches, working closely with Product Development, R&D, and Sales teams.
- Craft compelling messaging and promotional campaigns that resonate with target consumers.
- Collaborate on packaging, pricing, and channel strategies to support brand growth.
Consumer Insights & Engagement:
- Leverage market research, social listening, and consumer insights to inform brand and product strategies.
- Monitor brand perception and adapt marketing tactics to drive deeper engagement and loyalty.
- Partner with digital, influencer, and PR teams to develop integrated campaigns that connect with audiences across multiple touchpoints.
Marketing Execution & Performance Tracking:
- Manage the execution of brand campaigns across traditional and digital media.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as awareness, engagement, and sales conversion.
- Optimize campaigns based on data and insights to improve ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including Product, Digital, Sales, and Creative teams to ensure consistent brand representation.
- Coordinate with external partners such as creative agencies, PR firms, and retailers.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus.4–6 years of brand management or marketing experience, ideally in skincare, beauty, HealthCare.Strong understanding of beauty industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.Proven experience in brand storytelling, campaign development, and product marketing.Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovation-driven environment.
