Mantaray Digital Solutions is a UAE-based tech and digital solutions agency, and Signature Stays is a fast-growing short-term rental management company. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage our financial operations across both companies. The role will cover day-to-day bookkeeping, reporting, investor payouts, and financial planning, with a preference for candidates who have UAE tax/VAT experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.3+ years of accounting experience, preferably with exposure to both service and property sectors.Experience with UAE VAT and tax compliance is highly preferred.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books) and Excel/Google Sheets.Strong understanding of financial reporting, cash flow management, and budgeting.Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities across businesses.Nice to HaveExperience in real estate/property management accounting.Familiarity with multi-currency accounting and cross-border financial operations.Knowledge of payroll processing in Egypt/UAE.
