- Organization and distribution of shift workers operating machinery at the beginning of the Shift.
- Preparing temporary Crash reports for the maintenance department (Mechanical / Electrical).
- Preparing the work report of the delivery and receipt of the Shift.
- Responsible for Daily work report absences & report of injuries.
- Responsible of workers awareness of objectives and risks.
- Reporting any malfunction increased time to the head of the production department immediately at any time.
- Reviewing daily production card.
- Providing all materials and supplies necessary for the operation of the production line and machinery throughout the Shift.
- Controlling work well after the machines stopped before the operation and during the work also the cleanliness of the organization and work efficiently.
- Responsible for any malfunction occur if it is because of workers mistakes
- Responsible for calculating efficiency and the amount of the waste to all Machinery in the shift , and follow-up and reduce wastes as much as possible in conjunction with the maintenance department
- Continuous cooperation with quality department to resolve any problem in a timely manner
- Following-up cleanliness of production area, and keeping the order & implementation of and commitment to safety and security
