- Implements HSEE Site strategy - Prepares internal instructions for release - Consolidates and monitors site HSEE KPIs - Prepares and supports reports, e.g. HSEE site status report, and countermeasures - Organizes waste management and recycling - Checks work safety and environmental legal requirements and permits compliance - Conducts environmental and safety related trainings - Creates environmental emergency plan - Plans and conducts internal audits related to the environmental and occupational safety system - Reports and investigates environmental and work-related incidents - Plans and conducts safety inspections, ergonomic and risk assessments activities, areas and equipment releases, protective equipment controls, safety drills and health campaigns |
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in HSE roles within manufacturing, automotive, or industrial environments.Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage employees at all levels.Experience in delivering HSE training and awareness programs.Proficiency in incident investigation and root cause analysis.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and documentation skills.Willingness to be on-site (on-premises) as required.
