- Receive and process customer inquiries, converting them into sales opportunities.
- Prepare technical and commercial offers in coordination with the Sales Manager.
- Follow up on purchase orders from contract signing to delivery and payment collection.
- Coordinate sales schedules, meetings, and client visits.
- Update and maintain the customer database and all related documents.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to follow up on orders and resolve any issues.
- Prepare periodic sales activity and client status reports.
- Support marketing campaigns and participate in exhibitions and events when required.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in English (spoken and written), especially in multinational companies.
