  • The Role: We’re looking for a Dynamic Business Development Executive with 1-3 years of experience in logistics, SaaS sales, or fleet management* to drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing clients in FMCG, Construction and Transport sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect & Close Deals – Identify and onboard new clients in target industries (FMCG, Construction, Logistics) using your existing network or cold outreach
  • Quick ROI Generation – Hit the ground running with a pre-existing database (or build one fast) to accelerate sales cycles.
  • Solution Selling – Promote our SaaS fleet management platform by understanding client pain points and offering tailored solutions
  • Relationship Management – Build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers in logistics & supply chain teams.
  • Market Intelligence – Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position HNDL effectively.
  • Pipeline Management – Maintain a structured sales funnel and meet/exceed monthly/quarterly targets.

1-3 years in Business Development, SaaS Sales, Logistics, or Fleet Management* (FMCG/Construction industry exposure is a plus).  Strong "Hunter Mentality" – Ability to generate leads, pitch and close deals quickly.  Familiarity with logistics processes, fleet operations or SaaS tools is preferred.  Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.  Self-motivated, results-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup.
