- Process and manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient picking, packing, and shipping of construction materials.

- Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any potential issues.
- Resolve fulfillment-related issues, such as delays, shortages, or damaged goods, in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory movements using internal systems.
