- Supervise and coordinate daily purchasing activities to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.

- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure optimal value and quality.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and delivery performance.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure consistent supply.
- Review and approve purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to forecast needs and resolve supply issues.
- Analyze market trends and conduct cost analyses to identify opportunities for savings and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory, and prepare regular reports for management.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, ethical standards, and company policies throughout the procurement process.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a purchasing or procurement function.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Solid understanding of sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work effectively in an on-site, office-based environment.Experience in the furniture, manufacturing, or consumer goods industry is a plus.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
