Sales Engineer

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the instrumentation and calibration market.
  • Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their technical requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical support teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable sales agreements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including training and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics as set by management.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for internal review.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related technical field.1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the Engineering, instrumentation, Electronics sectors.Proven ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and site visits.Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused mindset.Good English language skills involve proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writingProficient in using various operating systems (e.g. Windows, Linux) for running technical tools and scripts.Familiarity with communication and measurement software used for testing, signal analysis, and troubleshooting in telecom or electronics environments.
