About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our outdoor sales team in promoting and selling small home appliances. If you have strong leadership skills and a passion for sales, this is your chance to grow with us!
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide the outdoor sales team to achieve monthly targets
- Develop and implement strategies to boost outdoor sales and expand customer base
- Train, coach, and motivate team members in the field
- Plan and execute field sales strategies to increase market reach
- Monitor daily performance and ensure proper market coverage
- Handle key customer relationships and resolve client issues
