- Ensure timely and efficient supply of materials for production.
- Analyze demand forecasts and coordinate with suppliers.
- Manage inventory and oversee the material planning team.
- Translate production plans into material requirements plans (MRPs).
- Develop and maintain delivery schedules, adjusting based on production changes.
- Identify and mitigate risks in the material supply chain.
- Lead the team to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.5-7 years of progressive experience in material planning, supply chain, or production management within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP), strong analytical skills, and expertise in MRP.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Solid understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.Experience in leading or supervising teams is highly desirable.
