- Generate regular kick off meeting for the production team for every project
- Plan production schedules and allocate tasks to technicians and workers.
- Ensure all panels are assembled, wired, and tested according to IEC standards and customer specifications.
- Monitor inventory levels of electrical schneider and local components and coordinate with the procurement team.
- Perform quality assurance at various stages of the production process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in assembly or wiring during production.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations in the workshop.
