- Manage, update and control all documents (procedures, forms, policies, flowcharts) based on Document control Procedure.
- Ensuring the use of standardized forms and templates.
- Ensure Document Management in according with established procedures (documents coding, formats, recording and archiving)
- Follow designing templates for documents, file types and document database.
- Maintain and manage electronic and hard copy documents as required, make available and distribute approved documents to relevant departments.
- General document control activities such as photocopying, scanning, coding and all others aspect related to documents control quality.
- Maintain the security of confidential documents.
- Responsible for Receiving & solving all problems that relevant to the Quality Management System.
Qualification:A bachelor's degree in business administration, or equivalentGood command of English and good knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and Punctuation.Good in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and power point.Good communication & interpersonal skills.Experiences:2-4 Years of experience in document management, archive management, or records management
