- Design, develop, and oversee the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for various construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for MEP components.
- Conduct site inspections and supervise on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MEP installations and operations.
- Ensure all MEP works comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Review and approve technical submittals, shop drawings, and material samples.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve project objectives.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and site teams.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to select appropriate materials and equipment for MEP systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.1 to 3 years of proven experience in MEP engineering or building services.Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations for MEP systems.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar engineering design software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.Experience with site supervision and MEP installation processes.Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Willingness to work in an on-site, full-time, and long-term arrangement.
