• Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
• Prepare, edit, and review documents, presentations, and reports.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails with professionalism.
• Coordinate with internal departments and follow up on tasks.
• Maintain well-organized filing systems (physical and digital).
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and required materials.
• Track and follow up on daily action items and deadlines.
• Welcome visitors and manage official appointments.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and trust.
• Provide full administrative support to executive leadership as needed.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in secretarial or executive support roles.• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of staff.• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).• Ability to draft formal letters and professional emails.• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.• Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information.• Presentable appearance and professional attitude.• Strong follow-up and task-tracking capabilities
