Senior Recruitment & OD Specialist (Talent Management)

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for various healthcare and administrative roles.
  • Develop and implement organizational development (OD) initiatives to enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs and create effective workforce planning strategies.
  • Design and execute talent management programs, including succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential employee identification.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and OD program outcomes to provide actionable insights and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to support organizational change and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor market trends, best practices in talent management, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the development and revision of HR policies and procedures to align with organizational objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks.
  • Ensure a positive candidate and employee experience throughout all touchpoints of the talent lifecycle.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.3 to 5 years of proven experience in recruitment, organizational development, or talent management, preferably within the healthcare or services sector.Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.Strong knowledge of organizational development methodologies and best practices.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems, and MS Office Suite.Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and present insights to management.Experience in designing and facilitating training or development programs.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is highly desirable.
