  • Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale in alignment with company policies and profitability goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns and customized solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.3-5 years of proven sales experience in the stationery, office supplies, or related B2B sector.Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and industry events.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
