IT Specialist

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols across digital platforms.
  • Implement and maintain data backup and disaster recovery solutions.

3-5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related field.Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.Experience with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.Strong understanding of security protocols and user access management.Familiarity with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote and in-person support.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.Strong organizational and documentation skills.Adaptability to evolving technologies and business needs.Commitment to maintaining high standards of service and confidentiality.
